- breaking point -had my napfa test today.... stupid cmpb told me about 2 months ago that the hard earned napfa test results in poly has expired!!! wa... all the running!!!!GONE DOWN THE DRAIN!!! yea... wat can i do? retake lor.... today didnt start off well... having the fact that i'm havin napfa today i slept earlier than usual.... then i was rolling on my bed... couldnt sleep... so i on the air con... got cooler... but still cant sleep....so i got up... double checked my napfa test bookin.. then went back onto my bed and continued rollin on my bed.. till 4.25am!!!!! wa..... i'm like waking up in arnd an hour's time!!!... finally i slept at approx 4.35am... damn
woke up in less than an hour's time... then got to Toa Payoh Stadium.... the weather was already scorching hot in the morning... had a slight headache when i started the stations... must be because of the lack of sleep.... got worse as the minutes went by... must be the sun and the heat!!! i was practically dying before i reached my final station... which also happens to be my dreaded station.... 2.4km run...
we waited for close to 10 minutes in the sun before we started the run.. till then.. i was barely surviving.. finally off to the run... and guess wat? i got a BLARDY SLIVER because if my run!!! argh!!! the only 2 point in my score!!!! so so so disappointed in myself...
then i was supposed to meet rachel today after the test... waited and waited for that panda to wake up... till it was almost time for me to head on to my dragonboat coachin job... yea...so in the end... i didnt meet her.... in the hot sun again.... today.. teaching small kids... primary school kids how to row... was kinda hilarious because some of them are even shorter than the paddle itself.. haha.... had quite some fun during the session...
then came the rush hour home... totally hate that... why? because KIASU singaporeans... always like to squeeze themselves into the train cabin way before the passengers alight... i totally... and i mention TOTALLY hate that kind of behaviour... feels so barbaric... no manners at all... and to call them working ADULTS.... and it gets worse if u're standing in front.. they practically pushed me into the train...hate to squeeze with sooo many people..YUCKS.... i was so so so tired that i kind 'nodded' even while standin in the train....yea... the sun took all my energy and my napfa gold from me today.... sad
